Questions people actually ask

Can I change or refund a ticket?
Yes, through 12306 before departure, with a fee that scales with how close to departure you change. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Are luggage racks big enough?
Overhead racks take cabin bags; large suitcases go in racks at the carriage ends. There is no check-in.
